I came down with a cough and asthma last week and immediately ordered this and some elderberry syrup. Combined with my usual lagundi and coco nectar, these two NINMA products cut my recovery time in half. The taste of this stuff makes my face scrunch up and my throat burn, but it works!

I read in a review here that elderberry syrup cuts healing time in half, and in my case too, it was true. I usually take two weeks to recover from a cough and asthma spell, but with this and triple rhizome (and the usual lagundi and coco nectar), I was back to 100% in a week.

I really finished my canister before placing a review. It helped my flared up skin to heal more naturally compared to using steroid ointment or taking medicines. You will not see the effect immediately but wait until you see the difference in your skin.

I always choose this to give to my kid whenever he starts to cough. Aside from the edlerberry, it has other herbs which help as well. This has no fillers and added sugar. It only has honey as sweetener. I believe it's beneficial for the immune system.
