DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer the following delivery methods:

1. EXPRESS DELIVERY (via Lalamove/Toktok):

  • Covers Metro Manila and Nearby Provinces (Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga)
  • Same-day delivery cut-off:
    • 4PM for Metro Manila
    • 11AM for Nearby Provinces.
  • Delivery Schedule: 10AM-7PM, Monday to Sunday. We cannot give a time guarantee as we rely on available third party riders.
  • IMPORTANT: Our Dispatch Team will send an SMS to confirm that someone is available to receive the order. No response, no delivery. 

2. REGULAR COURIER (GogoExpress/J&T):

  • Available Nationwide:
    • Luzon: 5-7 Days
    • Visayas: 7-14 Days
    • Mindanao: 7-14 Days
  • An email will be sent with the waybill number within 1-2 days. You may track using the  'View Order' link in your order email or the  Order Tracker on our website.

3. PICK UP

  • Paid orders may be picked up from our HQ in White Plains, Quezon City.
  • Cut-off: 4PM
  • A confirmation email with pick up details will be sent once an order is ready for collection. 
  • Pickup Schedule: 10AM - 6PM, Monday to Sunday.

NATIONWIDE DELIVERY & RESTRICTED ITEMS

We ship all products nationwide, except the Triple Rhizome Tonic, which requires EXPRESS DELIVERY due to its temperature-sensitive nature. This limits delivery within Metro Manila and Nearby Provinces (Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga) and must be refrigerated within 6 hours of delivery.

  • Metro Manila & Rizal:

    • Central Zones: ₱150 (Quezon City, Manila, Pasig, Marikina, Makati, Taguig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Pateros)

    • Outer Zones: ₱200 (Caloocan, Valenzuela, Malabon, Navotas, Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Pasay, Rodriguez, Cainta, Antipolo, Taytay, Angono, Binangonan, San Mateo, Montalban): 

  • Greater Manila Area:

    • Bulacan I: ₱350 (Angat, Balagtas, Bocaue, Bulakan, Calumpit, Guiguinto, Marilao, Meycauayan City, Obando, Pandi, San Jose del Monte City, Santa Maria)

    • Bulacan II:  ₱500 (Baliwag, Bustos, Hagonoy, Malolos, Norzagaray, Paombong, Plaridel, Pulilan, San Ildefonso, San Miguel, San Rafael)

    • Laguna & Cavite I: ₱450 (Santa Rosa, Calamba, Bacoor, Carmona, Cavite City, Dasmariñas, General Trias, Imus, Kawit, Rosario, Silang, Tanza, Trece Martires, Biñan, Cabuyao, San Pedro, Santa Rosa

    • Laguna & Cavite II: ₱600 (Alfonso, Amadeo, Tagaytay City, Calamba, Canlubang, Los Baños, San Pablo)

    • Pampanga: ₱500(Angeles, Mabalacat, San Fernando, Porac, Mexico, Sta. Ana, Bacolor, Sta. Rita, Guagua, Lubao)

2. REGULAR COURIER:

  • Luzon: ₱200 (5-7 Days)
  • Visayas: ₱250 (7-14 Days)
  • Mindanao: ₱300 (7-14 Days)

DELAYS & THIRD-PARTY COURIERS

NINMA Co. prepares and dispatches orders in good faith but is not a logistics provider. Once an order has been properly dispatched and handed over to a third-party courier with a tracking number issued, responsibility for transit, routing, scheduling, and final delivery lies with the courier service provider. 

Actual delivery timing remains subject to courier operations, rider availability, traffic conditions, weather disturbances, operational backlogs, peak seasons, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event that we are unable to deliver within the specified timeframes, our Dispatch Team will notify you via email/SMS with updated delivery information and tracking details.

Delivery fees constitute payment for third-party courier services necessary to deliver the order, regardless of the actual delivery timeframe. Such fees are strictly non-refundable, including in cases of courier delay or unmet same-day or next-day expectations.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

For EXPRESS DELIVERY, you will receive a tracking link via SMS once your order is dispatched. Delivery personnel will attempt to contact you for immediate receipt.

For REGULAR COURIER, tracking information will be updated within 1-2 days after dispatch. You can access tracking through the 'View Order' link in your order email or via the Order Tracker on our website.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS & RETURN TO SENDER

If a delivery attempt fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, our team will reach out to you to arrange a redelivery. Unclaimed orders may incur additional delivery fees for redelivery or storage costs. Lost or missing items will be investigated with the courier. We will work diligently to resolve such incidents as quickly as possible.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, you may follow the steps in our Returns Policy. Requests must be made within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.
