NINMA Refunds & Returns Policy

At NINMA Co., we take great care in crafting our herbal apothecary products using seasonal fresh and dried whole foods and herbs. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right. Please follow the steps below:

1. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:

  • Damaged products – Item was broken, spilled, or compromised during shipping.
  • Defective products – The product is unusable due to a manufacturing issue.
  • Incorrect order – You received the wrong item.

Requests must be made within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. Health & Allergy Disclaimer

Please review our Health & Allergy Disclaimer in our Terms of Service.

Since everyone’s body responds differently to natural ingredients, we recommend carefully reviewing our ingredient lists before purchasing. If you have sensitive skin or a history of allergies, we suggest doing a patch test before using topical products and starting with a low dose when trying new herbal formulations. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for allergic reactions or sensitivities, whether known or previously unknown. If you’re unsure whether a product is right for you, we suggest consulting with your healthcare provider before use.

3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To file a request, please email hello@ninma.co with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product, including packaging

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

4. Refund & Replacement Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued in 2-3 business days upon confirmation, either through store voucher or payment method used to pay for the order. Additional bank processing times may vary.
  • Approved replacements will be shipped out as soon as possible at no additional cost.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Orders reported beyond the 3-day window
  • Change-of-mind returns
  • Bulk orders worth PHP50,000 and above.
