By accessing or using this website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or purchase of our products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This site is intended for individuals who are 18 years old and above. If you are under 18, you may only use the site or purchase products with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. NINMA Co. is not liable for any transactions made by minors without proper authorization.

2. Product & Website Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue products, services, or website access as needed.

As an independent herbal apothecary using seasonal fresh and dried whole foods and herbs, we may adjust ingredients to maintain product integrity. While some changes may occur without prior notice, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant updates via our website, newsletter, social media channels, and/or directly to affected customers.

3. Health & Allergy Disclaimer

Our products are made with natural ingredients for overall wellness support and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and consulting a healthcare professional before use. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept that individual reactions to natural ingredients may vary and NINMA Co. is not liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects.

4. Suitability Guide

For customer convenience, we provide suitability guides and dosage recommendations based on traditional herbal knowledge. These guides indicate which products may be appropriate for different life stages, including:

• Pregnant
• Nursing
• Children (3YO+, 12YO+)
• Adults (18YO+)
• Seniors (60YO+)

These guides are general recommendations and do not constitute medical advice. 

5. Purchases, Payments & Refunds

We accept payments through:

• Online checkout (Visa, Mastercard, GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay, BPI/BDO/Metrobank/RCBC/UB Online and other Shopify-supported methods)
• Bank deposit (Manual payments via direct bank transfer to BPI/BDO

If paying via bank deposit, please:

1. Deposit your payment to our designated bank account. (Details provided at checkout or upon request.)
2. Send a clear photo of deposit slip or screenshot of bank transfer with your order details to hello@ninma.co
3. Allow 1-2 business days for payment verification before order processing.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our Returns Policy. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us at hello@ninma.co within 3 calendar days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist.

6. PWD & Senior Citizen Discounts

NINMA Co. recognizes and respects the rights of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and Senior Citizens under Philippine law. However, our products do not fall under the category of essential goods and medicines as defined by the Expanded Senior Citizens Act (RA 9994) and the Magna Carta for PWDs (RA 7277, as amended). Therefore, we are not legally required to offer government-mandated discounts.

We continuously strive to make our products accessible through seasonal promotions, storewide discounts, and exclusive offers. Customers are encouraged to subscribe to our newsletter or follow our social media channels for updates on special promotions.

7. Bulk Orders (₱50,000 and Above)

We offer special discounts for orders amounting to ₱50,000 or more with additional terms:

• Customers must contact us before placing a bulk order at hello@ninma.co.
• We may require order verification (e.g., proof of identity, business details, purchase protection waiver).
• Bulk orders must be paid in full before processing strictly via Bank Deposit.
• All bulk sales are final except for damages or incorrect items reported within 3 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bulk orders at our discretion.

8.  Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and trademarks, is owned by NINMA Co. and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

Additionally, all NINMA products, including but not limited to formulations, packaging, product names, and proprietary blends, are the exclusive intellectual property of NINMA Co. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or reproduce our formulations for commercial use.
• Repackage or relabel our products for resale without authorization.
• Use our product names, descriptions, or branding in a misleading way.
• Claim or imply any affiliation with NINMA Co. without written consent.

We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights. Any violation may result in legal action.

9. Website Use & Restrictions

You may not:

• Use this site for unlawful purposes.
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute website content
• Interfere with site security or functionality
• Misuse our products or represent them as your own
• Make purchases under false pretenses (e.g., unauthorized use of payment methods or false age claims)
