Steep 1tsp Glorious Goddess in 250ml freshly boiled water for 15 minutes or longer.
Mix 1tsp SuperGlow with 1 dropperful of Menova into your tea or a glass of warm water, take 1–2x daily.
Apply Sacred Bloom Yoni Oil externally to the vulvar area as needed.
Massage gently until absorbed- safe for daily use.
