MENSTRUAL (Day 1-5)
• Ease heavy flow, cramps, bloating and swelling
• Steep 1tsp Glorious Goddess Tea in 250ml freshly boiled water for 15min or longer, may be left to steep overnight for a stronger infusion
• Mix 1 tsp each of Super Detox and Super Glow
• Add 20 drops of Lymph Flush
• Serve 1x daily.

FOLLICULAR (Day 6-13)
• Rebuild and keep blood sugar steady
• Mix 1tsp each SuperGlow and SuperDetox in warm water
• Add 30 drops of Ovara
• Serve up to 2x daily.

OVULATORY (Day 14-16)
• Stay balanced
