I have been using this trio for a week now. I noticed that I have stopped bloating which was the everyday occurrence for me before. This alone is such a big deal because I hate bloating. I also noticed that I have not had a reflux since using them. Also, my headache or migraine has stopped since I am no longer bloating. So far, I am not experiencing side effects.
Yesterday, June 19, 2026, I fasted for 24 hours and I started bloating and having reflux because I shouldn't have fasted for that long, lol. But the stomach soothe tea and the leaky gut concoctions have helped me go through that ordeal, I didn't experience the usual headache I would have during this type of episodes. I would say that even though my leaky gut has not fully healed yet - because I would need more than this trio to heal this illness like lifestyle and food changes, but this trio have been a powerful remedy for acid reflux, bloating and headache so far. Lastly, it is really a great surprise for me to find Ninma as I really want to stay away from modern medicines. But finding Apothecaries here in the PH was so hard. So we are blessed to have Ninma in our country.
About the modern medicine, last time a doctor prescribed a 30 day maintenance for my acid reflux, it got worst, and I think that the antibiotic I took is what caused my leaky gut. It is super hard dealing with acid reflux and leaky gut, I feel like I am not the same person I once was. But this trio has helped me to live more normally now than before.
