5. Purchases, Payments & Refunds

6. PWD & Senior Citizen Discounts

NINMA Co. recognizes and respects the rights of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and Senior Citizens under Philippine law. However, our products do not fall under the category of essential goods and medicines as defined by the Expanded Senior Citizens Act (RA 9994) and the Magna Carta for PWDs (RA 7277, as amended). Therefore, we are not legally required to offer government-mandated discounts.

7. Bulk Orders (₱50,000 and Above)

We offer special discounts for orders amounting to ₱50,000 or more with additional terms:

Bulk orders must be paid in full before processing strictly via Bank Deposit. All bulk sales are final except for damages or incorrect items reported within 3 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bulk orders at our discretion.
