Lately I’ve been diving deeper into meditation and spiritual practice. Gateway tapes, focus sessions, kundalini, that kind of thing. Trying to quiet the noise and actually be present. So when I came across Ninma’s Blue Lotus, I was curious. I didn’t expect much. But honestly, it felt like a cheat code.
Not in a forced or artificial way. More like it helps me drop in faster. The threshold to that deeper, more visual meditative space feels closer. I’m not forcing "visions". They just arrive more easily. It’s subtle, but unmistakable once you notice it. I don't understand what the heck they even mean but that's beside the point.
I use it mostly in the evenings, especially after long, high-stress days at work. There’s something about it that just softens the edges. Helps dissolve the "system shocks" collected during the day from working a stressful job. It’s not a heavy sedation or a dull buzz. It’s more like a gentle unwinding. Muscles relax, mental chatter quiets down, and I’m left with this quiet, content sense of well-being. It’s become a really reliable way to transition out of work mode and back into myself.
I’ve only tried two products from Ninma so far, Kava Kava and Blue Lotus, so I can’t say I’m some seasoned connoisseur. I still really like the Kava, no shade there. But the Blue Lotus is the ONE. If you’re into botanicals for relaxation, meditation, or just unwinding with intention, this one’s worth trying.
