6-12YO:
• 30ml Triple Rhizome Tonic after meals
• 1 tbsp Elderberry Syrup for daily immune defense, up to 2 tbsp every 4 hrs for intensive use
• 1-2tbsp Raw Wild Bioactive Forest Honey
• Throat Rescuer not suitable for below 12YO.
13YO+:
• 30ml Triple Rhizome Tonic 2-3x/day after meals
