• 2tbsp Triple Rhizome Tonic
• 1 tsp Elderberry Syrup
• 10 drops each of Lymph Flush and Protego in freshly boiled water, limit daily use to 1 month and take 1-month break before resuming.
6-12YO
• Take 30ml shot of Triple Rhizome Tonic
• 1 tbsp Elderberry Syrup for daily immune defense and up to 2 tbsp every 4 hrs for intensive use
• 15 drops each of Lymph Flush and Protego in freshly boiled water, limit daily use to 1 month and take 1-month break before resuming.
13YO+
• Take 30ml shot of Triple Rhizome Tonic 2-3x/day
• 1 tbsp Elderberry Syrup for daily immune defense and up to 2tbsp every 4 hrs for intensive use
