As an independent herbal apothecary using seasonal fresh and dried whole foods and herbs, we may adjust ingredients to maintain product integrity. For customer convenience, we provide suitability guides and dosage recommendations based on traditional herbal knowledge. These guides indicate which products may be appropriate for different life stages, including:

5. Purchases, Payments & Refunds

We accept payments through:

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our Returns Policy. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us at hello@ninma.co within 3 calendar days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist.

6. PWD & Senior Citizen Discounts

NINMA Co. recognizes and respects the rights of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and Senior Citizens under Philippine law. However, our products do not fall under the category of essential goods and medicines as defined by the Expanded Senior Citizens Act (RA 9994) and the Magna Carta for PWDs (RA 7277, as amended). Therefore, we are not legally required to offer government-mandated discounts.

We continuously strive to make our products accessible through seasonal promotions, storewide discounts, and exclusive offers. Customers are encouraged to subscribe to our newsletter or follow our social media channels for updates on special promotions.

7. Bulk Orders (₱50,000 and Above)

We offer special discounts for orders amounting to ₱50,000 or more with additional terms:

Customers must contact us before placing a bulk order at hello@ninma.co. We may require order verification (e.g., proof of identity, business details, purchase protection waiver).

Bulk orders must be paid in full before processing strictly via Bank Deposit. All bulk sales are final except for damages or incorrect items reported within 3 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bulk orders at our discretion.

8. Delivery, Courier Responsibility & Non-Refundable Fees

By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

NINMA Co. prepares and dispatches orders in good faith but is not a logistics provider. Once an order has been properly dispatched and handed over to a third-party courier with a tracking number issued, responsibility for transit, routing, scheduling, and final delivery lies with the courier service provider.

Actual delivery timing remains subject to courier operations, rider availability, traffic conditions, weather disturbances, operational backlogs, peak seasons, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event that we are unable to deliver within the specified timeframes, our Dispatch Team will notify you via email/SMS with updated delivery information and tracking details.

Delivery fees constitute payment for third-party courier services necessary to deliver the order, regardless of the actual delivery timeframe. Such fees are strictly non-refundable, including in cases of courier delay or unmet same-day or next-day expectations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and trademarks, is owned by NINMA Co. and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

Additionally, all NINMA products, including but not limited to formulations, packaging, product names, and proprietary blends, are the exclusive intellectual property of NINMA Co. You may not:
