• Before Meals: Steep 1-2 tsp of Stomach Soothe Herbal Tea in 250ml freshly boiled water for 15min or longer.
Can also be steeped overnight for a stronger infusion.
Strain.

• Add 2 tsp of Leaky Gut Repair, mix well.
Top off with 1-2 dropperfuls of Digestive Bitters tincture.

• Best taken on an empty stomach 30 minutes before meals.
Take 2-3x a day for optimum potency.

• If taking other medications, best to wait 30-60min before or after taking this blend.

• Limit daily use of Digestive Bitters & Leaky Gut Repair to 3 months, take a 2-4wk break before resuming.
